Caixa’s Christmas

Caixa is one of Brazil’s largest public financial institutions, playing a vital role in promoting social development and financial inclusion. With a strong focus on public policies, the bank offers a wide range of services including housing loans, social benefits distribution, and accessible banking solutions. Caixa also supports infrastructure, education, and health projects, contributing to national development. Through its extensive network and digital platforms, Caixa aims to strengthen citizenship, support low-income families, and stimulate the country’s economic growth.

the problem

Caixa needed a solution for the event "Santa Claus's Enchanted Forest" that would allow users to schedule dates and times, track attractions, access frequently asked questions, and differentiate between Guardians and Dependents.

Additionally, the solution had to include exclusive time slots for children with ASD, ensuring a personalized experience for all attendees.

the solution

A responsive web app was developed for mobile and web devices, centralizing all the necessary functionalities. The app allowed users to easily manage their schedules, view exclusive time slots for children with ASD, and check for fully booked times. Additionally, users received emails containing ticket information, ensuring they had all the details they needed.

The web app also included a feature for QR code recovery, providing further convenience to the attendees and enhancing the overall event experience.
